how now, brown cow?

day 3 in manila, philippines and this question certainly begs an answer. 'as you wish, jellyfish' comes to mind, but don't you find that kinda weird? after all, why is a jellyfish talking to a COW? perhaps 'make up your mind, porcupine!' is more believeable =P and i suppose i have. so here goes.. my very first blog.

day 1 was spent with cousins - lunch at yellow cab pizza then walking around the mall on a quest for a hawaiian top for my other cousin =P [imagine.. having absolutely no idea what her taste is like, with a 5 yr old in tow. haha.]

it was back to paco after a day in the mall. there were twice the number of people as per normal that night. so it was super hot. we turned on the aircons and *just* as we were about to sleep... BLACKOUT! heh. i'm definately down the rabbit hole now...

i went to enroll today at UERMMMC [university of the east ramon magsaysay memorial medical centre. *phew* loong name!] my mum and cousin and i went down by jeep[ney]. without traffice UE is about 30min by jeep. 2 rides. i have no idea how long it'll take with morning traffic though. hmm i'll try and get some pictures up for those who have never been to manila.

then we had to go down to the quarantine centre. urgh. ok this is kinda TMI but.. i had to give a stool sample. yuckity yuck yuck yuck. [ok i know i'll have to go thru worse in the course of my medical studies but.. still..]

there are still some other admin stuff to settle but once that's done.. it'll be the lull before the storm
